This Mountaibike World Championship was hard! All athletes who crossed the finish line did a perfect job here.
The race was enriched by Italian racing flair and enthusiasm at the side of the track.
Nathalie Kaffenberger started well, but in the end she had to gain some experience.
She had problems with her energy supply, couldn’t eat enough to keep the pace constant. Oswald Ehrmann excelled with his personal top performance at the Marathon 3Epic, which was held during the World Championships. He just missed the podium and finished third. For us was the weekend a good reminder on my personal WM medaile and the time ago.
